'Sup, KinkFo? All is good here, just finished working out. Working on slimming my time down for the 5k here in September. Nothin kinky in my neck of the woods today. So how are all my lovely kinksters?

that's exactly what i did! I did a few xK's here and there and then I said I was going to do a half. Everyone told me that they didn't think I could do it which made we want to do it even more! And then I did. My time sucked royal ass, but I finished...and I ran more of it than I walked...so I'm happy and proud of myself!

I've never been a runner.... so this is all new to me. It may take me a looooong time to work my way there, but I'll do it! Right now I'm just under x minutes/mile. So, I won't do too bad on the xk. :-)

you'll do awesome! i hadn't ran since high school before i got started back in it! it's not that hard once you get hooked! plus it helped me quit smoking!
